Sanjeeta Nepal is a Chartered Accountant who qualified through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). She leads the firm and retains partner oversight across its audit, tax, and advisory engagements.
She began her career in the banking sector, spending four years there before entering public practice in 2021. That background informs how she approaches lender-facing work: she has seen what a bank actually looks for in a set of accounts, and scopes reporting and assurance engagements accordingly.
Alongside her practice, she has held office in the profession's representative bodies. She served as an Executive Committee Member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ACAN) from 2020 to 2022 and as its General Secretary from 2023 to 2025. In 2023-24 she was a member of ICAN's Women Leadership Committee, contributing to work on the position of women in the accounting profession.
She has continued her technical development in emerging reporting areas, including training on IFRS S1 and S2, the sustainability and climate-related disclosure standards being introduced into Nepal's reporting environment through the Accounting Standards Board of Nepal.
In 2081 BS she was recognised by Online Khabar as one of the "50 Influential Women of Nepal". She has also held a series of leadership roles at the ACAN Toastmasters Club, up to and including President.
