Nepal S. & Associates is a Nepal-based accounting firm offering a wide range of services across audit and assurance, risk advisory, tax advisory, mergers and acquisition advisory, and due diligence review.
Our story
Nepal S. & Associates was founded in 2021. Since its inception, the firm has grown into an established accounting practice in Nepal, built on a team of professionals with domain expertise across their respective areas of service.
The firm was formed to give clients direct access to qualified chartered accountants for audit, tax, and advisory work, rather than routing every question through layers of staff before it reaches someone who can actually answer it.
That starting point still shapes how engagements run today: a partner scopes the work, stays involved through delivery, and signs off on the result.
What we do
We provide auditing services, risk advisory, mergers and acquisition advisory, taxation, and due diligence review, supported by accounting and outsourcing services for clients who need the finance function run rather than reviewed.
Engagements are staffed by professionals with experience in the relevant area of practice, and scoped so the client knows what is being delivered, by whom, and to what standard before the work begins.
